Terms and Conditions
• A signed acceptance of these terms and conditions is required before work commences (Booking Form).
• A deposit maybe required from all new clients.
• Retainers are paid 50% in advance and 50% on completion.
• Website translations and certain projects will require a % deposit.
• The responsibility for final proof reading and accuracy of documents remains with the client. Any errors or omissions found within a reasonable time will be corrected free of charge.
• If you are a retainer customer, hours in addition to those contracted will be charged at the normal hourly rate.
• All of my clients are guaranteed that their work is handled in a confidential and secure manner and will not be disclosed to any other party, directly or indirectly..
• I will complete work promptly and according to agreed upon deadlines.
• A full set of Terms and Conditions will be supplied with the Booking Form.
Payment
• I invoice on the date of finishing each assignment, monthly or as agreed. All invoices to be paid within 14 days.
• Payment can be made by PayPal, IBAN/BIC transfer and must be in EURO.
Completed Work
Completed work will be delivered by mutually convenient means to include:
• Courier (at an additional cost)
• FTP Transfer
